▪ Sydram & Saliou Bah associés is a national and international business law firm governed by Guinean law, structured as a professional civil partnership of lawyers (SCPA) as provided for in the legal corpus L/2004/LOI 014/AN reorganizing the legal profession in the Republic of Guinea. It is the result of the association between SCPA Famoro Sydram Camara Avocats Associés and Dr. Saliou Bah, a lawyer at the Court.
▪ We are a bilingual French-English law firm strongly rooted in the dynamics and space of the Organisation for the Harmonisation of Business Law in Africa (OHADA), which brings together 17 countries sweeping the African continent from West to East as well as in the space of the 15 + 1 countries of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS).
▪ Having practiced for many years, we maintain privileged relationships with many legal professionals as well as with the judicial administration.
▪ Our long-term ambition is to expand our activities in the rapidly expanding African Union (AU) common market, with the stated objective of increasing intra-African trade to 52.3% by 2022. Through the Continental Free Trade Area (ZLECA, ZLEC or Zlecaf), we are aiming for a common market of 1.2 billion people, representing a gross domestic product (GDP) of two thousand five hundred billion dollars.
